When James is sent by his conniving aunts to chop down their old fruit tree, he discovers a magic potion that results in a tremendous peach... and launches a journey of enormous proportions. Suddenly, James finds himself in the center of the gigantic peach, among human-sized insects with equally oversized personalities, but after it falls from the tree and rolls into the ocean, the group faces hunger, sharks and plenty of disagreements. Thanks to James' quick wit and creative thinking, the residents learn to live and work together as a family. The dangerous voyage is a success, but the adventure takes a whole new twist once they land on the Empire State Building.
A delightfully offbeat adaptation of the classic Roald Dahl adventure, the creative possibilities with James and the Giant Peach are endless. Actors will love playing the outlandish characters and performing brand new material from one of Broadway's hottest duos.

No prior experience required
Everyone who auditions is cast

August 11 & 13, 2026
Audition Slots are 5-6 pm and 7-8:30 pm
Dance Call is 6-7pm on the same day as your audition.
EVERYONE auditioning must attend the Dance Call.
If you audition on Tuesday, attend the Tuesday Dance Call from 6-7pm.
If you audition on Thursday, attend the Thursday Dance Call from 6-7pm.

Please bring an accompaniment track to your audition. A device for speaker connection will be provided. There will be no accompanist.

Prepare a video including (1) your slate, (2) you singing a one minute song, and (3) approximately one minute of you performing a dance of your choice.

Enrollment and Audition Fee are Required for Audition
Enrollment is now open. You must complete enrollment and pay the $50 audition fee* prior to your audition, whether you are auditioning virtually or in-person. In order to be cast you must complete enrollment.
*The $50 non-refundable audition fee will be applied toward your tuition.
